It allows users to order food online for home delivery from a variety of cuisines and restaurants, with no minimum order and GPS tracking. The service is available on both web and mobile platforms, with a minimal and intuitive user interface and a wide range of features.

objective of this case study is to analyze the design process of the HOT SPICY web and mobile app, the challenges it faced, and the strategies it adopted to overcome them. The case study will also provide some recommendations for the future improvement and enhancement of the HOT SPICY web and mobile app.
